PPO Reimbursement - Yes
With a PPO insurance policy you should receive partial reimbursement for fees you pay.
You would pay my fees directly and in full at the time of treatment. You could then file for reimbursement from your insurance carrier.
I will provide a receipt for your sessions that you may send to your insurance company.
HMO Reimbursement - No
With an HMO policy, you must see the providers specified by the insurance company. At this time, I do not work with managed care.
I am not on any HMO panels. Therefore, therapy would not be reimbursed by an HMO policy.
Medicare & Medicaid - No
I do not participate with Medicare or Medicaid.
